I am very happy to welcome your family and grateful that you have chosen Regina Caeli Academy as your home educating "home" for this academic year.

You are here because you understand that being the primary educator of your children is your Right given by Our Lord and you take that responsibility very seriously. I do, as well, and I aim to relieve you of as much of the "administrative" stress as possible, leaving you to fully enjoy the gift of raising and educating your children.

Please be sure to review the Parent/Teacher Handbook, where you'll find detailed information and hopefully answers to many of your questions.

Complete your Enrollment

Please follow these steps to complete your
Account Creation, Registration & Enrollment:

Signup for your Parent Account: If you haven't already done so, please signup for your Account on the website. You need to be a member in order to join and access the Parent Group Area and our chat groups, reporting form templates, and other information that is necessary throughout the year.
Registration Form: Complete your Registration Form if you have not already done so.
Course of Study: Every student requires a COS or list of curriculum on file.
First Grade Medical: Incoming First Graders must have on file record of health examinations or waivers.
Transfer Authorization: Students transferring from another program or school will need parent authorization for me to request their cumulative files. Submit as soon as possible.
Parents of High School students may use the "High School Planning Worksheet" to help you outline and craft a course of study. This sheet is for your own use. If you would like planning assistance, please contact me as soon as possible to set an appointment.

Registration Form

Registration must be submitted to be considered an official member of Regina Caeli Academy.

As soon as you have decided which curricula and other possible resources you will be using, submit a Course of Study for each student. If a curriculum provider has given you a pre-printed list, you may upload upload and attach that copy to the online form without the need to re-enter the information.

If you make significant changes during the year, please submit a new COS at that time.

First Grade Medical Forms and Waivers

Incoming First Graders must have health exam forms on file. If from the start of First Grade, your student has undergone exams within the previous 18 months or will do so by 90 days after the start, your healthcare provider(s) may complete these forms for you.

However, you may certainly submit Waiver of both, instead, which are included with these forms.

If you are transferring from another program or school, complete this form and email to me at reginacaeliacademy@protonmail.com. I will submit and process the request for cumulative files on your behalf.
